repovid ("repovid", "we", "us", "our") is a video hosting and sharing platform operated by Devfy OÜ.

By accessing or using repovid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

repovid is a neutral video hosting service that allows users to upload, store, and share video content via direct links and embedded players.

repovid does not proactively monitor uploaded content, does not review content before publication, and does not endorse or promote any user-generated content.

All content is made available solely at the direction of users.

3. User Responsibilities

By uploading or sharing content on repovid, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions.
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, share, or distribute content that includes, but is not limited to:

repovid reserves the right to restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• Copyright-infringing material
• Illegal content under applicable law
• Sexual exploitation or abuse
• Extreme violence or threats
• Hate speech or incitement to violence
• Content that violates privacy or data protection rights

5. Reporting and Moderation

repovid provides a reporting mechanism for users and third parties to report potentially illegal or infringing content.

repovid is not obliged to act without receiving a valid notice.

• All reports are reviewed manually.
• Reports are generally assessed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Following review, content may be removed, restricted, or left available.

6. Copyright Complaints and Counter-Notification

If you believe that content hosted on repovid infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint through the reporting channel.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, repovid may remove or restrict access to the content.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Content may be restored unless legally prohibited.

7. No General Monitoring

repovid does not engage in general or continuous monitoring of uploaded content, in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Services Act (DSA).

8. Access Restrictions

repovid reserves the right to:

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Devfy OÜ is established.
